What deposit is required for booking?

We normally request a 20% non-refundable deposit upon booking with the full balance being due no later than two weeks before the date of the event. This can be paid via cash or bank transfer. Please state the date of the event e.g. 03.09.19 as the reference when making a bank transfer. We will follow this up with an email to confirm reciept.

How many people does The Boho Bug Seat?

We usually recommend no more than two passengers in addition to the driver due to space constraints. However, three may be transported if required. 

We provide a complimentary craft drink for parties travelling in The Boho Bug. Other than the complimentary drinks The Boho Bug is a drink, food and smoking free car. This helps us to keep our beautiful car clean and fresh and to maintain the highest standard for all our lovely couples.

What are the rules regarding drinking, smoking and eating in The Boho Bug?

We will always try our utmost best to reach you no matter what the weather conditions. However, if it is unsafe to drive we will refund the monies paid minus the non-refundable deposit and any travel expenses already incurred. We do advise that you take out wedding insurance to cover all eventualities as this will enable you to claim additional funds to book last minute transport with which we will try our best to help. We keep an eye on weather conditions and will notify you if adverse weather could be an issue. As an example this would typically includes snow, floods, ice and extreme fog. 

What happens in adverse weather conditions?

What if The Boho Bug breaks down?

We maintain The Boho Bug to an extremely high standard and so this shouldn't pose an issue, although it must be recognised that we are providing a classic car hire service. If the worst were to happen we would refund all monies paid, including the 20% deposit, minus any travel expenses expenses already incurred on our part. We would also do our utmost best to help find an alternative transport service of a similar standard.

Can I hire The Boho Bug as a self drive service?

Unfortunately, our insurance does not cover the hire of our vehicle as a self drive service and therefore we are only able to provide our services with a chauffeur.
