Not one for the VW purists... our little bug is considered part of the family and so we really wanted the interior to reflect our personalities and feel like home when we took him out for adventures. After a long restoration process we found Raw Hide Upholstery who turned our vision into a reality. We worked closely with James to carefully select the colours and fabrics for different elements to create a unique, but timeless look. The end result - The Boho Bug!

The interior consists of tan leather seats, leather pulls, a suede dash, oatmeal carpet and cream headlining with the door panels containing all elements - the overall result a neutral interior which makes the perfect back drop for photos. We also custom made the dashboard utilising our skills from making surfboards to remodel the shape and included a walnut surround for the gauges and glove box. Our personal favourite is the custom copper switch board, which almost adds an industrial vibe to the car but just fits perfectly. The hard fittings are finished off with tan seatbelts, bespoke wooden window pulls and a cow skull gear shifter (our favourite find from California). We have installed a premium sounds system which is coupled to Apple Car Play so that we can play your custom Spotify Playlist whilst we drive you to your destination.

Over the years we have kitted the car out with eclectic bohemian finds from our travels including macrame cushions, a reindeer hide and house plants to create a cosy atmosphere for our couples to spend their first special moments in together as a married couple.
